Soon to sign agreement to end conflict between Israel and Hamas
Israel and Hamas are said to be close to an agreement on a US-brokered end to the war.
According to the agreement, it is said that dozens of women and children held hostage in Gaza will be released on the condition of stopping the war for five days.
The agreement, which is expected to take effect in the next few days, will permanently stop the ongoing war in Gaza for a few days.
The six-page written agreement stipulates that the warring parties must stop hostilities for at least five days.
According to the Washington Post, quoting sources, the agreement states that more than 50 hostages should be released for the first time and less than that should be released every 24 hours.
It is unclear how many of the 239 people held captive in Gaza will be released under the deal.
Under this agreement, it is also expected that fuel and other important humanitarian aid will go to Gaza through Egypt.
