Description of the Incident
At about 21:00 hrs, A lady customer as she complained that she has entered into the fitting room about 2035 hrs while her belongings (Bag along with 2050 AED & A Galaxy Cellphone) were with her but it was left in to the fitting room when she went to the cash counter , she noticed that to check back her left items in the fitting room again and though claims that she only found out her bag except her stuffs inside the shopping trolley.
At 2115 hrs, we accepted her complaints and started checking out the CCTV together with that customer during her activities within our shop. We found nothing left or lost within that time frame until she leaves as mentioned timing.
